Services: BalaboaFlow offers massage therapy, bodywork, guidance sessions, digital products, and handmade wellness items. All services are intended for well-being and relaxation purposes only.

They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.

Digital products, such as e-books, manuals or journals, are delivered electronically.

Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

Physical products

Physical products are prepared with care and intention. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, personal pick-up is non-refundable.

Appointments & cancellations

If appointment bookings are offered, cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise stated.

Liability

BalaboaFlow is not liable for misuse of products or services. Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to a session or purchase.
